Can the price move once the job is under way?
It shouldn't. We agree the figure with you before a tool comes out, and that's the quote that ends up on the invoice. If the job turns up something we genuinely couldn't see beforehand, we pause and talk you through it first.
What does "$65 off your first service" cover?
It's $65 taken straight off whatever we've quoted for your first job.
How does your pricing work for drain jobs?
We assess the blockage, give you one fixed figure, and only start once you've said yes to it. We don't charge by the hour, so a longer job never costs you more.
Is there a call-out fee to have you come out?
There isn't one. Having us come out and take a look costs nothing, whatever we end up finding.
What does the lifetime labour warranty cover?
The workmanship on the job, indefinitely. Should something we've fixed ever fail again, we return and sort it without another bill for the labour.
Is your work guaranteed?
It is. Every job carries a quality workmanship guarantee, and we'll walk you through what that means for your specific fix before you commit to booking.
Are you fully licensed and insured for drain work?
Correct on both counts. We hold Licence #292427C and carry insurance across water and gas work, since we're qualified in both trades.
Who actually turns up?

Will you come out on a weekend or public holiday?
